Drop Stopper Umbrella Program
The purpose of this memo is to introduce the Drop Stopper Umbrella program, describe how to use it and associated benefits.
The drop stopper container consists of two parts. The first part is a container that distributes plastic bags to cover wet umbrellas. The second part of the container is an umbrella stand where we will provide courtesy umbrellas for the use of the building tenants.
The process to borrow a courtesy umbrella is as follows; present your building ID to security at the concierge desk, pick up an umbrella and return it to security once you are done with it.
Utilizing the plastic bags to place wet umbrellas in, will prevent dripping water on the floor and help alleviate the risk of slips and trips.
The Drop Stopper will be located at the security concierge desk in the lobby area and available for complex tenants Monday through Friday from 0700 – 1800hrs.
